멍답 개인정보처리방침

사람곰독은 멍답 앱 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각합니다. 이 방침은 멍답이 처리하는 정보, 처리 목적, 외부 서비스, 이용자의 선택권을 설명합니다.

2. 기기 안에 저장되는 정보
멍답은 다음 정보를 앱 기능 제공을 위해 이용자의 기기 안에 저장할 수 있습니다.
- 검색 문장
- 저장한 카드와 최근 본 카드의 ID
- 강아지 이름, 나이대, 성향
- 진행 중인 훈련, 시작일, 알림 시각
- 언어 설정
- 검색 결과 보고 문장과 메모
위 정보는 사람곰독의 별도 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
3. 멍답이 직접 요청하지 않는 정보
멍답은 회원가입 기능이 없으며 이름, 전화번호, 이메일 주소, 정확한 위치, 연락처, 사진, 카메라, 마이크 또는 건강 기록에 대한 접근을 요청하지 않습니다.
4. 광고와 외부 서비스
멍답은 Google AdMob을 사용해 광고를 제공합니다. Google Mobile Ads SDK는 광고 제공, 분석, 부정행위 방지를 위해 다음 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
- IP 주소를 통해 추정한 대략적인 위치
- 광고 식별자, App Set ID 등 기기 또는 앱 식별자
- 앱 실행, 탭, 광고 및 동영상 조회 등 상호작용
- 광고 데이터
- 충돌, 실행 성능, 멈춤 비율, 에너지 사용 등 진단 정보
광고 SDK가 전송하는 정보는 전송 중 암호화됩니다. 법적으로 필요한 지역에서는 광고를 요청하기 전에 Google User Messaging Platform을 통해 동의 및 개인정보 선택 화면을 제공합니다. 이용자는 해당 지역에서 앱 설정의 개인정보 선택 메뉴를 통해 선택을 다시 확인할 수 있습니다.

5. 인앱 구매
광고 제거 1회 구매의 결제 정보는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play가 처리합니다. 멍답은 광고 제거 권한의 적용과 복원에 필요한 구매 상태를 전달받으며 사람곰독이 운영하는 자체 결제 서버는 없습니다.
6. 이용 목적
- 훈련 카드 검색과 추천
- 저장 카드, 최근 본 카드, 강아지 정보 유지
- 훈련 일정, 로컬 알림, 홈 화면 위젯 제공
- 광고 제공, 광고 성과 분석, 부정행위 방지
7. 보유와 삭제
기기 안에 저장된 정보는 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 삭제로 제거할 수 있습니다. 광고 식별자는 iOS 또는 Android의 기기 설정에서 관리할 수 있습니다. 외부 광고 서비스가 처리하는 정보의 보유 기간은 해당 서비스의 정책과 이용자의 동의 선택을 따릅니다.
8. 아동의 개인정보
멍답은 아동을 주요 대상으로 하지 않으며 아동 계정이나 아동 대상 개인정보 수집 기능을 제공하지 않습니다.
9. 훈련 정보 안내
멍답의 정보는 일반적인 반려견 행동 이해와 보호자 대응을 돕는 참고 자료입니다. 수의학적 진단, 처방 또는 개별 행동 평가를 대신하지 않습니다. 물림, 공격성, 통증 의심, 심한 공포나 불안, 갑작스러운 행동 변화가 있으면 수의사 또는 자격을 갖춘 행동 전문가에게 상담하세요.
10. 이용자의 권리와 방침 변경
개인정보 처리, 삭제 또는 앱 이용에 관한 문의는 cs@saramgomdog.com으로 접수할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다.
Meongdap Privacy Policy

Saramgomdog respects the privacy of people who use Meongdap. This policy explains what information the app handles, why it is handled, which external services are used, and the choices available to users.

2. Information stored on your device
Search text, saved and recently viewed card IDs, dog name and profile, active training plan, reminder time, language, and missing-answer notes may be stored on your device. Meongdap does not send this content to a server operated by Saramgomdog.
3. Information Meongdap does not request
Meongdap has no account system and does not request access to your name, phone number, email address, precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or health records.
4. Advertising and external services
Meongdap uses Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process IP-derived approximate location, device or app identifiers, product and ad interactions, advertising data, crash data, performance data, and other diagnostics for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Data is encrypted in transit.
Where required by law, Meongdap uses Google User Messaging Platform to present consent and privacy choices before requesting ads. Users in applicable regions can review those choices from the Privacy choices item in app Settings.

5. In-app purchases
Apple App Store or Google Play processes payment information for the optional one-time ad-removal purchase. Meongdap receives the purchase status needed to apply or restore the entitlement and does not operate its own payment server.
6. Retention and deletion
You can remove on-device information by clearing app data or deleting the app. Advertising identifiers can be managed in iOS or Android settings. Retention by advertising services follows their policies and your consent choices.
7. Children
Meongdap is not directed to children and does not offer child accounts or child-focused data collection features.
8. Training information
Meongdap provides general dog-training reference information. It does not replace veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or an individualized behavior assessment. Consult a veterinarian or qualified behavior professional for bites, aggression, suspected pain, severe fear or anxiety, or sudden behavior changes.
9. Rights, contact, and changes
For privacy, deletion, or app questions, contact cs@saramgomdog.com. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
